Key Account Manager

Due to the rapid growth we are currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role and the role reports to the Commercial Development Director. Your responsibilities include:
• Managing the operational aspects of the business including the financials, budgets and targets.
• Updating the clients in relation to the progress of the project.
• Tracking the competitor and always making sure that you are ahead of the game.
• Identifying potential opportunities and simplifying the processes.
• Delegating the responsibilities in the office and efficient running of the office.
• Attendance, expenses and performance management.

Requirements

The candidate will be based in Doha, Qatar however we will consider candidates who are willing to relocate.
• At least 5 years account management experience with loyalty programs will be highly regarded.
• You will have exceptional account management and leadership skills.
• Western education and Arabic speaking will be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge in CRM will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Excellent leadership skills
