Job description / Role
Manages the relationships between decision-makers within Strategic Key Accounts and the Amadeus internally, and is responsible for the overall satisfaction, acquisition, retention & development of the assigned small, medium & large Accounts with a consultative selling approach.
• Act as the link between the Key Account and Amadeus for all client needs, liaising/coordinating the various departments to ensure customer support and satisfaction.
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with KA decision-makers to develop opportunities, maintain, and expand business within the accounts, visiting clients and performing IT product demos as required.
• Assume full responsibility for clients in portfolio.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Director in Request for Proposal Response presentations to potential Key customers in order to acquire new KAs.
• Comply with objectives set by Sales & Marketing Director, achieving expected revenue, profitability, and satisfaction levels in portfolio.
• Maintain a high level of current knowledge of the product portfolio and the benefits of specific products for KAs as well as of other KA-specific information (trends, strategy, competitors, pricing, etc.)
• Create, implement and monitor Key Account Development Plan
• Provide weekly planning and reporting on activities to Sales & Marketing Director
• Transmit relevant customer, market and competitor information, as well as product functionality requirements to Sales & Marketing Director
• Maintain confidentiality, with high focus on integrity and ethics
Requirements
Experience:
• Sales & account management experience of at least 5 – 7 years in IT/Telecom/service companies with knowledge & use of IT products. Knowledge of Amadeus IT distribution products preferred.

• IT knowledge functional level
• Expert in Power Point & Excel
• Confident and expert in delivering presentations
Education: University Degree, MBA or Engineering preferred
Language: English, fluent Arabic speakers will have an advantage
