Key Account Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a respected name in the FMCG business with brands that have very strong market share and leaders in their category.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the main responsibility of the Key Accounts Manager is the achievement and management of sales, distribution, display and sales activation SMART objectives by proper internal and external communication. Management and supervising of the team and proper reporting of achievement v/s plan for a particular region or set of accounts. Negotiation of Annual Agreements and other visibility contracts. Manage strategic partnerships with top key customers so as to drive category and business growths.

Requirements

- Educated to a Degree level in Business Administration/
- 5+ years in Sales within the FMCG environment of which at least 2 years should have been in Dubai and having worked with Key Accounts in the emirate.
- You should have team management experience and ideally hands on experience negotiating Annual contracts and visibility agreements.
- Good understanding of financial measures related to sales.
- Working knowledge of production and supply chain processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
