Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for realizing sales targets for product portfolio within the A&C business
- Ensure that product knowledge is up to required standard and follows training courses
- Execute the activity plan in order to achieve sales targets
- Take initiative to approach existing and new clients for sales opportunities
- Offer support, advice and training with regard to the promotion of our products within the own target group
- Track and develop counter activities for competitor Trade promotional activity
- Deliver significant growth on the nominated accounts

Requirements

- At least 5 years Key Account experience in direct medical sales (e.g. aesthetic, OTC, medical device or similar)
- Experience in consultancy
- Proven track records in key account management
- Effective negotiations, presentation and communication skills
- Strong Consultative approach of the business
- Strong Customer-orientation
- Selling skills / sales persuasiveness
- Business acumen / commercial awareness
- Business planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work within in a team and a willingness to proactively contribute to all aspects of the sales cycle
- Product technical knowledge
- Excel, PPT and other IT tools Skills: Highest level of proficiency in these tools is required
- Effective cross functional collaboration
