Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Key Account Manager you will be managing the accounts of Key Enterprise Customers from the business sector in Oman focussing on increased revenue and customer retention by meeting and exceeding the customer's needs.

You will be managing, developing and retaining key enterprise customers by optimising the interactions and flow of information between the customer and the company. you will be planning and compiling input for the activity plans and develop the company's existing offer and solutions portfolio, improving the company's pipeline.

You will be responsible of preparing and updating quarterly reach activity plans,visiting and interacting with own customers according to the reach activity plan.

You will also be planning to developing the company's business with customers and to achieve revenue targets, analysing usage levels and patterns to identify revenue increasing initiatives, together with the company's Business Segment Manager and Sales Support unit, Monitoring unpaid, overdue bills and take action to settle these debts.

Occasional Duties:

Attending seminars, conferences and social events with own customers as agreed with Company's sales management.

Requirements

You are currently a high performer, holding a university degree in a business management.
You have minimum 6 years of experience with sales/in a similar position or in customer project management. Your experience could be from other industries such as Oil & Gas, Toursim, Leisure & Hospitality and Manufacturing. Experience from Fixnet Telco / IT services will be a big bonus.
You have good planning and organizing skills. You are very customer service focused with excellent communication skills (spoken and written). You have very good computer skills in using sales systems and MS Office.
