Job description / Role
A leading FMCG business in the Oman market is looking to recruit for a Key Account Manager to join their growing team in Muscat.
As the Key Account Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Drive the achievement of business objectives by effectively leading a team of Key Account Executives and Field Sales Managers
* Monitor trade regulations and ensure full implementation of all trading agreements
* Develop business plans and conduct regular business reviews
* Provide coaching on Key Account Executives
Requirements
The following qualifications are required for this role:
* At least five years of Key Accounts experience (Lulu and Carrefour accounts)
* Experience in handling products from multinational non-food FMCGs
* MBA degree within related field from a reputable business school
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
