The Role


My client are a leading brand in manufacturing, and market products for the construction and building industries.

The Role

• Responsibility for building relationships with existing key customers, both from a sales growth perspective and from a technical perspective
• identifies agreed sales and financial goals within his sales territory.
• Provide technical support and training on products and services to both internal and external sales staff.
• Demonstrate strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitor activity information to management.
• Support and implement new ideas and encourage the sharing of best practice between the sales team and the wide sales force.
• Keeps informed on new products and other information of interest to customers.
• Participates in special projects such as new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.
• Due to nature and geographical positions of the key customers this role supports travel will be required
• Provide technical field support for the business managers across the region.



Minimum 3-5 experience from working in product sales and a strong understanding of the industrial/building sector

Must be fluent in English.

Full driving licence.

Experience in performing to target, including delivery of tasks to tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A good knowledge of technical product and application knowledge

Must be a self starter and hungry for moving up the Corporate ladder
