Job Purpose:
We are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join Al Futtaim Motors, namely Toyota Fleet department. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and initiating business with Corporate Fleet Accounts. Subsequently, to develop these accounts to accurately identify sustainable growth.
The key accountabilities will include:
* Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the Taxi prospects and analyzing sales options.
* Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information and recommending solutions.
* Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
* Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information.
* Maintaining accounts receivables within guidelines.

Requirements
* Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate level
* Minimum Experience: At least two years in a commercial, business to business sales or major account sales role.
* Job-Specific Skills: Good understanding of the fleet and/or vehicle leasing business in the UAE and good knowledge of (or willingness to quickly learn) about the Toyota product ranges and the benefits of those ranges to corporate customers.
* Behavioural Competencies: Proficiency in English/Arabic (Arabic preferred). Highly numerate, good levels of client empathy, strong negotiator & very persuasive.
You must be honest and responsible with high levels of personal integrity and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
