Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the Gulf region's Automotive industry and encompasses every aspect of the Automotive business; from passenger and commercial vehicles and construction equipment sales and service, to used car sales and rental and leasing.
A comprehensive network of showrooms and service centres covers the UAE and Gulf region providing customers with convenience, choice and the highest standards of after sales service. Al-Futtaim represents some of the world's most popular and desirable automotive brands including; Toyota, Lexus, Hino, Honda, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge.We are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join Al Futtaim Motor's Parts Department in Dubai.As a member of the Management Team of the Parts business, the KAM will be responsible for building the sales of Genuine Parts in the UAE market. Ensuring that AFM-Parts is seen as a benchmark in the UAE automotive market, he/she would have to lead a team of motivated, engaged employees to perform at their peak,  and deliver business expectations consistently.

The key accountabilities will include:

*Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethical commitment in all business activities.
*Deliver sales results that ensure AFM maintains its leadership position in each segment of its chosen markets
*Develop relationships with decision makers in Key Accounts, to build preference for AFM-Parts business in defined territory
* Constantly improve operational efficiencies across all intermediate processes of the business
* Ensure that all operations are conducted with high and improving levels of safety
* Build preference for brands with  suitable marketing programs, and improve customer satisfaction levels
* Utilize group expertise wherever necessary, to maximize value addition and results for the business
* Interface with Senior Management team of AFM to build and deliver a shared, common vision for the larger organization in the long term
* Coach and motivate the human resources of the team, to ensure optimal availability and retention of talent

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing
* 8 - 10 years and above in an Automotive Parts Industry, of which at least 2 years in a managerial position.
* Initiative, Attention to detail, Ability to think strategically
