Job description / Role
Move One is seeking a Key Accounts Manager for our Middle East Immigration Services Department. As a leading regional provider of relocation services, Move One assists Fortune 500 companies relocating key corporate staff to the Middle East with a suite of in-house destination and immigration services.
The Key Accounts Manager maintains and develops our relationships with our largest immigration accounts in the region.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
- Working with account HR teams to develop account specific service packages
- Training operations staff on account requirements
- Generating quarterly dashboard reports summarizing Move One performance on behalf of those accounts
- Assisting operations staff with service issues and escalations on an account's behalf
Requirements
Interested candidates must possess;
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Customer service experience
-Excellent organizational skills
-Attention to detail
Experience in immigration, HR, or account management would be an advantage.
