The RoleThe RoleMy client, a top International Insurance Company is currently seeking a Key Accounts Manager within the Employee Benefits division to join their dynamic team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be required to promote, manage and sell the company’s EB products to corporate clients and select brokers in order to meet predefined sales targets. They will be required to build networks and a sales pipeline for future sales. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with corporate clients. • Acquire new business to the portfolio but also have a focus on client retentions. • Accountable for identifying commercial EB insurance sales opportunities and for generating sales leads. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance or equivalent, though additional Insurance qualifications will be an advantage. • Minimum 3-5 years of Insurance experience in the GCC. • Good knowledge of all commercial lines of Insurance and EB products.
