Employment: Full Time

Our client is a large international corporation with significant presence across the Middle East. They are now looking to hire a commercially-minded HR Manager to lead their operations in Kuwait.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your generalist HR skills in a professional and collaborative environment. Reporting to the Regional HR Director, your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of HR activities, which include proactively advising, coaching and influencing stakeholders on HR policy, organisational restructures and manpower strategies. You will also be responsible for driving leadership development projects, delivering complex business strategies and own multiple initiatives.

Requirements

he successful candidate will have experience of working in Kuwait, ideally gained within an international business. The role will manage a team and therefore line-management experience should be evident in your application. You must hold a degree and have demonstrated an ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation.
