Job description / Role
We are urgently looking for several LEED building design Engineers /Coordinators with experience in Data gathering, quality reviews, assistance with implementation of sustainability program initiatives and achievement of energy, water and sustainability goals.
Must have LEED AP credential with specialty (BD+C, ID+C, or O+M).
Requirements
- Minimum 5 yrs experience, out of which 2+ years direct experience in LEED building design and construction related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
Preferred:
- Experience coordinating with design team consultants and construction team Members.
- Reliable self-starter with a genuine passion for sustainability, design and continuous improvement.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- LEED AP credential with specialty (BD+C, ID+C, or O+M).
- Experience serving in the role of Project Administrator on LEED projects (preferred).
- Able to work on multiple, complex and long-term tasks in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Additional experience with computer energy modeling, daylight analysis, or other
- Building performance evaluation is desirable.
