Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objective: To perform a strategic and hands-on role through operation of the LEED element of the contract to an iconic green building in Riyadh. The works will entail set up and development of the Environmental Management System and development of the systems for ensuring the Technical team and other teams are completing their works required to achieve LEED Standards.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop site LEED credits attainment program to EB O&M.
• Verify completion of LEED NC elements for the site based on construction activities.
• Prepare and operate weekly and monthly and other period metric reports against the following, (Not limited to the following)
- Energy Consumption metrics.
- Monitoring and Targeting
- Baseline target adherence
- LEED Attainment status
- Audit activity against LEED
• Develop and operate LEED green Training systems for the site in support of LEED credit attainment.
• Support to Projects Engineer in regards to requirements for LEED and Sustainable projects charter for site.
• Run the Environmental Mgt program including completion of site surveys and reporting against site goals on same.
• Provide input for performance indicators, and ensure follow-up
• Provide detailed and technically accurate reports to the site on the program to support budget decisions and or response from technical to highlighted items.
• Work with Procurement in terms of requirements of Sustainable procurement policies.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Relevant Discipline
Nature and length of previous experience: 5-10 Years Experience
Specialist knowledge: Minimum Certified Energy Manager to AEE.

LEED System accredited.
