The RoleThe RoleJOB PURPOSE: As a part of the Broadband team, this position is responsible of Development and implementation of LTE (4G) Data product and service aimed towards consumer segment. Execute the daily tasks assigned by the line manager in order to ensure the KPI achievement for him and the team Take complete ownership of the projects handed over to him Ensures the organization’s up-to-date service offering portfolio for the targeted audience. KEY RESULT AREAS Develop & Supervise and implement the LTE product/service portfolio (4G) in line with the Marketing Strategy. “C” Evaluate consumer behavior in relation to the Fixed & Mobile Broadband & propose solutions to improve the product offering in the market “C” Execute and assure implementation of entire product value chain “C” On-time delivery of the projects Generate Daily reports & run analysis on products performance in KPI’s “C” Generate Reports that maintain overview of customer needs, cover marketing research, customer feedback and product experience “C” Provide Supervisory support role on LTE related projects. “C” Maintain and Support products performance based on Marketing business plan “O” Advise product manager on any matters pertinent to the operation and direction “O” Ensure communication with different organization departments to maintain new and existing services support and feedback in terms of training material and support documents “F” Follow up with other Groups and important business partners “F” Complete Duties assigned to him by the Product Owner “F” |
RequirementsRequirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: BA degree/HND or above in Business / Marketing or specialist area preferred ISP solution background being an advantage A minimum of two (2) years experience in mobile telecommunication and related industries for a major corporation or IT/ISP firm Has a good mixture of technical and marketing knowledge and experience. Good understanding of industry and specialized practice Strong management and communication skills, team-oriented and people skills, have self initiative Target oriented, organized and efficient Can work independently Strong business sense and the ability to supervise numerous projects simultaneously Knowledge of professional tools and proficient in main business languages, i.e. Arabic and English and computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Office) |
