Job description / Role
Quality assurance in customer service calls and connecting the program of communication in the company's customers
Effective coordination regarding the marketing strategy & electronic sales
General supervision of all employees in the department
Periodic evaluation of the performance of all employees in the department
Training of new employees
Conducts company policy in Saudization and social responsibility
Participating in the research and studies on markets, products and customers
Maintaining and updating the database of clients and customers
Calling customers and observing their comments & suggestions for the development of the companys products
Participating in the preparation and evaluation of marketing strategy and advertisements
Participating in the development of the company website
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any related course
Nature and length of previous experience: minimum of 4 years
Specialist knowledge: Customer Service, Administrative
Soft Skills and Personality Traits: Leadership, Negotiator
Gender Preference: Female
Nationality Preference: Saudi
Language Fluency: English Proficiency
