Job description / Role
This role is critical to a major program of delivery in Doha.
Main point of contact for all Land acquisition requirements for major civil infrastructure program, including acquisition of relevant permits and liaison with required government bodies for the implementation of design specifications.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
Monitoring of design requirements in order to obtain the necessary road opening approvals
Main point of contact for all relevant government entities for land acquisition interfacing and coordination
Coordinate all land acquisition requirements in accordance with design specification including attending meetings where required
Interface to ensure all relevant documents, permits and requirements are noted for the inclusion in contract documents for construction contract
Requirements
Degree qualified
Minimum 5 years work experience
Experience in dealing with Land Acquisition processes in Qatar
Qatar experience essential
Arabic speaker preferred
package from 20-25k QR plus healthcare, excellent prospects. with major international firm.
