Land Acquisition Coordinator

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a leading global multi-disciplinary who is looking to hire a Land Acquisition Coordinator to join their team.

You will act as the main point of contact for all land acquisition requirements including the acquisition of relevant permits and liaise with all government bodies for the implementation of design specification.

You will monitor design requirements to obtain the necessary road opening approvals and act as the main point of contact for all relevant government entities for land acquisition interfacing and coordination. Additionally you will coordinate with all land acquisition requirements in accordance with design specification including attending meetings where required and ensure that all relevant permits and requirements are noted for the inclusion in contract documents for construction contracts.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree qualified. You should have a minimum of five years work experience of which, at least two should be handling land acquisition processes in Qatar. Arabic language skills will be advantageous.
