Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Under the supervision of the Chief surveyor, prepares and performs earthworks and civil works setting out activities.

As part of his/her assignment, he/she is responsible for the following tasks:

- He reads and understands drawings site construction.

- He leads and participates in a variety of survey operations such as topographical survey, leveling setting out and as built survey using a full range of survey equipment.

- He prepares calculations related to surveying and basic engineering.

- He interprets and analyses raw field data records to check its completeness.

- He keeps accurate records and sketches to describe works performed.

- He verifies the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculation.

- He resolves unexpected technical difficulties that may arise on site.

- He calibrates survey instruments to maintain their required accuracy.

- He liaises with the chief surveyor on a daily basis.

Requirements

- Educational Level in related field.

- Work with different nationalities/foreign companies.

- A minimum of five years of experience is required.

- Knowledge of GNSS techniques.

- Knowledge of Trimble and Leica surveying equipment.

- Knowledge of machine control system.

- Ability to effectively manage time.
