Landscape Architect

Job description / Role

Leading multi-disciplinary consultancy require Landscape Architect to join their ever growing team! Working on a range of Transport, Healthcare, Education and Residential projects you day-to-day remit will include preparing site plans, liaising with clients, developing design presentations and producing cost estimates and specifications. Because of the nature of the market you will be working in, fluency in Arabic is essential.

A Global company, predominantly operating in North America, Africa and the Middle East who are renowned for delivering highly complex and truly breathtaking buildings. They have an impeccable reputation in the Construction industry, and also cover such disciplines as Aviation, Transport Planning and Utilities Infrastructure.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years experience in landscape design, coordination and production.
Degree in Landscape Architecture.
Fluency in spoken Arabic.
Ability to produce site plans, cost estimates, specifications, design presentations, detailed instructions and solutions to technical problems.
Responding to RFI's.
Liaising with clients and internal project teams.
Inspecting Landscape works.
Approving quality of materials.
