Landscape Manager - Client Side

Job description / Role

Randstad Middle East are interested in speaking to Landscape Managers who might be interested in joining a client side firm in Qatar.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising all activities related to Landscape Design and to ensure completion of the design according to the time schedule. You will monitor soft landscape, hard landscape, irrigation and guide signage designers. You will provide feedback on the projects progress, status, changes and ensure the designers and contractors are delivering the project to the standards.

This role is design review and construction supervision.

Requirements

- Must be in the GCC or have GCC experience
- Degree qualified
- 15 years post grad experience.
- Wealth of experience in design review and construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of materials, methods and general construction of infrastructure and public realms
- Experience in design aspects of landscape/hardscape/softscape related projects - irrigation, water features, fertilizers etc
