Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a Fortune 500 company in the Middle East.
For this role the following is preferred:
Regional work experience with either a law firm or an in-house position
Experience with an IT or Telecom MNC will be an added advantage
Experience in commercial contracts corporate legal work, employment law, compliance work and litigation work
Anti-corruption and competition law knowledge/experience will be an added advantage
Experience of compliance and ethical standards
The ability to identify and resolve complex local/regional legal, regulatory, and business issues
Manage legal responsibilities for multiple client organizations with divergent priorities and needs
Lead complex, multidimensional projects or transactions
Requirements
PQE NQ - 2
A Bachelor or advanced degree in law
Fluency in Arabic and excellent English
Entry level position
Must be a dedicated professional as career progression is guaranteed
