The Role


The Role

Our client requires an experienced UK qualified Lawyer to join its new legal department.
This role would be suited to someone who is looking to gain UAE experience and learn the market.
It would be open to candidates who don’t have UAE experience but do have a legal background.

Your main duties will include:

• Providing best legal support to the organization.

• Reviewing of all legal contracts with regard to sales, purchasing and bidding.

• Drafting contracts for the lease and sale of property.

• Managing legal risks, liaising with other departments and interfacing with external lawyers.

• Communicating with Government authorities on any Real Estate issues.

• Litigation support for the department.

• Skilled in Negotiation and Arbitration.

Requirements


Requirements

As the ideal candidate you must possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.

• Minimum of five years post qualification experience with a background in Real Estate law.

• Good attention to detail with strong researching skills.

• Ability to handle things independently and is willing to go the extra mile.

• Ambitious and career oriented.

• Excellent translation skills required.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
