Job description / Role
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic turnkey delivery company as part of a project team being assembled to deliver an exciting high profile Theme Park project based in Dubai. As Lead Architect you will hold overall responsiblility for the design of the main build, interior, exterior and landscape components and will oversee work delivered by an external architectural practice.
Responsibilities
• Review the Architectural drawings, reports and specification submitted by the Design Consultant(s) at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness and compliance with the scope of work and agreement requirements.
• Carry out constructability review during the Design and Modification stages.
• Review in a timely manner the Design Consultant(s)’ submittals and forward comments to the Design Manager.
Requirements
This is a senior role and as such our client is looking for someone who has operated at a Team Leader/Associate Director level within a reputable business. Previous experience of Theme Parks would be ideal but not essential, you must however have experience of working on similar leisure/entertainment type projects.
