Lead Architect
Salary 35-40K AED per month

My client are a leading architectural firm internationally with 2 offices here in Dubai and 3 in the UK. They are a growing firm working on exciting projects and they are offering a steady long term career with progression here in sunny, tax free Dubai. For the right candidate they are willing to fly people over and help with relocation.

You will be an active member of the management structure working to assist the Associates + Managing Partner to overall improve the performance of the practise by adhering to and enforcing the agreed standards within the project teams.

Responsibilities in the following project deliverables:
Enquiries and proposals
Appraisals and brief
Concept and Schematic
Detailed design
Tender stage
Mobilisation
Post contract

Responsibilities in the role of management include:
Leadership
Communication
Delegation
Motivation
Appraisal & feedback

Requirements

Western education.
Appropriate qualifications.
Experience leading large scale projects.
Have a good attitude and willingness to work hard.
