Job description / Role
Our client is a leading Architecture business with excellent pipeline moving forward. Due to the increased activity and successful tenders of projects my client seeks to recruit a Lead Architect.
Reporting to the Director of Architecture, the key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for leading various projects with the ability to execute and deliver projects at all stages of the design process
- Provide highly creative designs to assist in Project tenders
- Ensure all project schedules are met and quality and milestones are in place
- Provide presentations to both Directors and clients
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leaderships skills coupled with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
You will be proficient in design related software including 2DCAS/3D and Adobe Suite together with fluency in English.
Experience of working on large projects is key along with a pro-active approach is essential.
