Job description / Role
• Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of RTD, working effectively in a diverse work environment.
• Prepares reviews and evaluates contract technical specification for architectural elements of capital improvement projects.
• Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates to support other engineers, RTD staff and consultants
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Western educated.
• Minimum 12 years experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing.
• Ability to independently evaluate, select and modify standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce environment.
