The RoleThe RoleOur client is one of the world's foremost hospitality and entertainment groups, with an enviable reputation for offering luxury to wealthy clients. They operate numerous high specification hotel casinos in a number of locations around the world. They are renowned for ensuring each of their properties is absolutely first class. Within Macau, they operate one of the top casino destinations - a casino hotel that has approximately 1,000 bedrooms and an internal staff of circa 6,000 employees. They are now looking for the highest calibre individual to join them in the key role of Lead Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer. The role holds responsibility for the technical Operation and Maintenance of the buildings' electrical and electronic control systems. Our client has an external organisation responsible for the building controls and the Lead Engineer will take full responsibility for managing this subcontractor and for ensuring optimum performance and cost. Other key areas include enforcing all safety requirements, risk assessments and quality standards. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidate Competencies and Requirements: * Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the installation and operation of electrical/electronic control systems in a hotel or other major building * Knowledge/Certificates: Highest level of technical knowledge of advanced Building Management Systems * Education: Bachelors degree or above in Building Services Electrical / Engineering Electronic * Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities * Excellent leadership and management abilities * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Able to effectively lead and communicate with a multicultural team * International / multi-cultural experience Our client are able to offer an excellent Compensation Package: * Monthly basic salary: MOP 80,000 (taxed at Macau income tax rate of 6%) - roughly equivalent to US$10k per month * Monthly housing allowance: MOP10,000 (Approx. US$2k) * Flight allowance * Discretionary annual bonus, based on company's business performance and job performance of the executive * Medical Insurance |
