The Role


Working for one of the worlds global Oil and Gas PMC companies we are seeking a Lead Contracts Administrator to be based in Kuwait.

Providing broad Contracts and Commercial expertise within small and self contained Owner Team of Contracts/Commercial( QS )/Legal specialists tasked with developing new and updating existing Contract models for use in upcoming major capital development projects and/or the existing operations environment.

You will be working within the framework of the International Working Group, including commercial Contract drafting as required.

High value major capital projects experience EPC from a commercial contracts drafting perspective.
High value major capital projects experience EPC from an commercial execution perspective
High value major capital projects experience EPC from a bidding perspective
Appropriate qualifications BSc Degree/Diploma with 12 years total experience, 5 years O&G, 5 years related
Commercial qualification (Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management preferred ).
Membership of reputable professional Organization [MRICS or similar] preferred.
Self motivated and able to clearly communicate at all levels.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to provide training.
Excellent written communication skills.
