Job description / Role
- Assists in the preparation of Design Status Reports for Projects / Tenders for which he is acting as the lead engineer.
- Assists in the forecast of design workload.
- Ensures that engineering activities performed on time, determines the causes of any deviation.
- Establishes a positive relationship with Clients / Engineers. Ensures execution of the Engineering Works in accordance with project specifications, and by meeting deadlines.
- Ensures that the engineering database is kept abreast, maintained and accessible to Engineering Staff.
- Participates in the selection of best or alternative solutions through analysis of information and evaluation of results.
- Assesses the potential risks of specific engineering solutions/tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Construction Engineering - Master's degree will be an advantage.
- Experience in design of various concrete and steel structures.
- EQ analysis experience.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering design software.
- Familiar with the International Standards Codes and Specifications.
