Job description / Role
An international consultancy with a strong presence globally, has an immediate opportunity for a Head of Electrical Engineering, to join their office in Manila.
You will report into the Director of MEP with responsibility for leading the electrical engineering team and for developing policies and procedures to ensure technical excellence and promote innovative design.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide Strategic leadership for the discipline to ensure technical excellence
• Ensure that the CAD and BIM standards are implemented across the team
• Identify and implement training requirements
• Review and identify software to be utilized across the discipline
• Responsible for delivery of projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality
• Overseeing detailed design and design calculations
• Liaise with international offices as appropriate to the projects
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must be degree qualified and ideally hold chartered status. Extensive electrical consultancy based experience (15+ years) and a proven ability to lead and motivate a large team on multi-million $USD projects are essential. Individuals with previous international experience are preferred.
