Description and Desired Qualifications Lead Engineer (Instrument and Control, Construction) - Basrah, Iraq Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities Co-ordination, meetings with SHELL Team, CH2M Abu Dhabi Office & Construction Contractor Preparation of scope of work for various modifications, upgradation, replacements, new packages, as requested by SHELL Provide required site data and information to CH2M Abu Dhabi Office for Engineering and Design Supervise Construction Contractor's work for required Quality, Schedule, Budget and adherence to Project Drawings/Documents, International Standards and Safety Regulations Review and approve Construction Contactor's method statements, procedures, material approval request, construction drawings and documents Carry our engineering and resolve construction related issues Supervision of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities related to Instrumentation and Control The work schedule will be 7 days per week, 9.5 hours per day with a 3 month on/2 weeks off rotation. |
RequirementsRequirementsBasic Qualifications Key qualifications for this position include: 12-15 years experience in construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning, operations and maintenance for Oil and gas industry Should have worked at least 5-years with Operating Companies and/or site for EPC in supervisory position Knowledge of various international Codes and Standards Exposure to Engineering and Design is preferred What you will find At CH2M HILL, the greatest challenges provide the biggest rewards.
