Employment: Full Time

At Norconsulting we are looking for a Lead Enterprise Architect with the following profile.

The Lead Enterprise Architect will understand the clients business strategy, requirements, constraints and current systems, develop the target enterprise application/data/technology architecture that will help meet the clients strategic goals, define the necessary projects/initiatives to realize the target architecture, evaluate alternatives, and govern the architecture of those systems.

Also, ensure that the business and IT are in alignment. The enterprise architect links the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organization to its IT strategy, and documents this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required.
- Practitioner Certification on TOGAF is required.
- Experience/knowledge on real-estate properties management, assets management, and case management is highly desired.
- Should have defined EA for at least 5 government organizations at least 10 years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
- Expert knowledge of EA tools such as ARIS.
- Demonstrating deep understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
- Demonstrating expert knowledge in Business Intelligence, BAM, ETL, Rules, expert knowledge in middleware and messaging products including BPM, SOA, OSB, Integration adaptors, MQ.
- Overseeing the development of application, data, and technology EA for a main department of a government ministry composed of multiple business units and ensuring alignment with other Program projects/ initiatives.
- Taking over the developed EA and architectural governance of the initiatives (RFPs, selection, implementation) ensuring that they are aligned with the developed EA.
- Handling impact analysis, alternative evaluations and change management of EA artifacts and deliverables and ensuring that they are up-to-date.
- Demonstrating expert knowledge in TOGAF, and other EA frameworks, especially Application, Data, and Technology Architecture.
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of reference architecture, standards, and principles, especially in government organizations.
