As a result of continuous growth and development we have a unique opportunity for a Lead Investigator to join our Finance Department.
In this position you will be responsible to conduct loss prevention investigations using sound investigative techniques in order to minimize the risk of theft or fraud in the business.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must have a BA Bachelors Degree and the following will come naturally to you:
- Reid Interview technique and / or Wicklander Style interview Experience conducting forensic or other investigative type interviews
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting internal fraud investigations and reporting results
- Experience working with hospitality industry and knowledge with Micros and Fidelio system
- Excellent presentation, speaking, and written communication skills with ability to lead meetings, audits and report generation
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and positive attitude
- Keen instincts with capable of proactively identifying and preventing possible problems
- Ability to demonstrate sound and objective judgment
