The RoleThe Role• Coordinate the submission of competitive, acceptable and successful tenders pertaining to Mechanical Construction works in order to secure profitable business for the company • Efficiently and effectively coordinate a group of Mechanical Estimators through out the tender phase • To develop effective construction and manpower schedules for Mechanical works • Review estimates for Mechanical works • Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding the execution efficiency and difficulties faced by the company in current projects for Mechanical works • Knowledge of local market including , productivity, tender results and competitor price levels Salary Range: 750-900 KD |
RequirementsRequirements• BE Mechanical • 9-12 years Coordinate a group of Mechanical Estimators and submission of successful tenders pertaining to Mechanical Construction works . - To develop effective construction and manpower schedules and review estimates for Mechanical works - Knowledge of local market including , productivity, tender results and competitor price levels |
