Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

In this role you will be the focal point in Qatar Airways for all Oneworld accounting requirements. You will monitor and coordinate all Oneworld related deliverables, making sure that necessary action is taken in co-ordination with SGS, One-World carriers and Qatar Airways Finance/Commercial teams/Stations.

You are required to develop with Oneworld partners the formats and time-lines for all financial related information including but not limited to record keeping and invoicing process. You will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of all Oneworld related processing queries. You will represent Qatar Airways in all technical related discussions around the setup of Oneworld processes. You will review all existing policies and further development of policies to ensure Oneworld concepts is well documented. You will ensure that any changes / amendments to Oneworld reports are delivered as per requirements and timelines. You will regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.

Requirements

We require you to have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with minimum 5 years of job-related experience. You need to have working knowledge in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Ms Access and Powerpoint. You should have user level experience in any ERP system. You must have strong knowledge in complete interline billing process in passenger revenue accounting. You should have an excellent knowledge of Airline Business including understanding of Operational aspect and business flow.
