The Role


The Role

• Key player of multidisciplinary projects, primary tasks include preparation of engineering solutions, ranging from studies of concepts to detailed design, including:

• Analysis and Design of Jackets and Topsides structures (inplace analysis, fatigue analysis, seismic analysis, push over analysis)

• Linear and non-linear FE analysis

• Participating in Design Review and Progress Review meeting with Clients

• Providing input to Project Planning Engineer to prepare Project Schedule

• Coordination with other departments for structural input/output data and participation in project management meetings

• Preparation of Design Basis Report & Technical Specification, Standardization of Design Procedures

• Preparation of Check list and Design Guidelines

• Handling projects and a team of Draughtsmen/ Designers/ Engineers, participating in meetings with client and guiding the team during Site Visits and Routing studies.

• Responsible for quality/ timely submission of deliverables and will be assigned as a key account Manager for specific clients.

Requirements


Requirements

• Civil/ Structural engineer with minimum bachelors (Full time ) degree from recognized university

• Minimum 15 years experience with similar tasks

• Theoretically sound with good practical understanding

• Good communication skills

• Goal oriented person, who is ready to face challenges

• Good interpersonal skills

• Hands on experience with offshore facilities and knowledge of STAAD.Pro, SACS, FE-tools, MS Office.

• Knowledge in Microstation and Auto Cad Well familiar with International codes and standards materials, specifications, calculations and datasheets.
