Job description / Role
Kentz currently has an urgent requirement for a Lead Piping Engineer. This position will be based in Dubai, with some travel to Iraq required on an ad hoc basis. Single status, 12 and 2 rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise major engineering work/activities of the oil and gas project.
- Identify and resolve engineering issues which are critical for project cost and schedule.
- Piping layouts, pipe routings and other related work.
- Thorough knowledge of ASME, API, ANSI Codes and Standards is essential.
- Design and development of piping layout's Oil and Gas brownfield sites.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree, ideally in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years oil and gas experience, and 5+ years in a similar position.
- Previous EPCM experience.
- Ability to work within a multi-national team is essential.
