Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are presently recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Lead Plannerto work on our projects inAbu Dhabi, UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Day to day undertaking of Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning tasks within projects;
* Development of transport planning / traffic solutions to meet projects' objectives;
* Contributes actively to the 4 stages of Modeling;
* Contributes actively to the validity of planning data and network coding;
* Responsible for model forecasts & results;
* Contributes actively to the development of options testing and scoring;
* Contributes actively to the network, corridors and junctions assessments, using relevant software;
* Contributes actively to the development of micro-sim analysis of sub-areas;
* Liaison with Client & Authorities as required;
* Identify risks associated with tasks assigned and advise Team Leader;
* Responsible for Reporting (Writing / Checking) & PPT

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum5 years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning;
* Understanding ofGCC TIS guidelines & Procedures;
* Understanding of the 4 stages of Transport Demand Modelling
* Has lead a Team of 3 members plus;
* Have demonstrated understanding and experience in Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning;
* Have demonstrated understanding in Transport Planning Strategies & Policies;
* Have demonstrated understanding in Transport Modeling assessment;
* Past modeling experience (PTV VISUM / CUBE / VISSIM / SYNCHRO);
* Have Report Writing & Presentations (PPT) skills.
