Job description / Role
Lead Project Controls Manager - AIRPORT - M/Contractor 65,000 AED+
Immediate Requirement for a Lead Project Controls Manager to head up department on this major project. Acting as the sole point of contact with this Major European Client you will be responsible for various aspects of work.
Responsible for all Reports (Daily , Weekly , Monthly ) & Programs
All project submittals
Interface with the client management team
Consolidation of Progress & Schedule
Responsible for Schedule Adherence at Project Level ( Major Planning Team - 2 Senior Planners & Team of Schedulers)
Management of Document Control Team
All coordination between Technical & Project Director for the JV
Requirements
My client is looking for someone that has developed on the traditonal route of managing major PC on major Projects managing multi team and functions for the Main Contractor. Exposure of Client side experience as well as Contracting is desired but isn't essential on this role.
However they are only after a Western Educated individual that has worked for one of the top 15 Contractors in the Region, so from this aspect your CV must show Major project experience for a International Business.
