A regionally successful design and engineering consultancy firm with a strong reputation in quality design and focus. Headquartered in Dubai, their organisation has flourished over the years through exceptional relationship management and investing in their talented team of designers and engineers. Due to the development of an exciting project in Iran their project team require a Lead Project Engineer & Project Manager urgently for a retail development.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Lead Project Engineer & Project Manager will be responsible for complete management and delivery of the projects during the post contract period in accordance with the contractual requirements and documentation including the management of site staff and associated teams. Additionally ensure a smooth transition from pre-contract to post-contract including full liaison will all parties and ongoing assistance to the internal pre-contract divisions.

Degree qualified in a relevant field with at least 5 years experience at a managerial level and 10-15 years total work experience. Candidate’s with a strong project management consultancy background is preferred but not essential. Experience in large scale retail or hospitality will be a strong fit for this company. A confident, articulate, solution focused and proven leader will achieve success in this role. Fluency in English and Middle East project management experience is a must.
