The Role


The Role

1. To provide functional leadership in all Project Management aspects of Company Building Facilities including new buildings and modification Projects.

2. To administer all Project Management aspects related to building facilities in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

3. To provide technical support to other Project Management staff, field supervisors and inspectors to ensure that Best Practice management skills are employed.

4. Will be responsible for administering Call-off contracts for facilities maintenance and modification for up to USD 2.5 million p/a.

1. Engineering degree (Civil, Structural or Facilities)

2. Project Management accreditation

3. Minimum of 10 years experience

4. Solid working experience in Project Management software tools - MS Project and Primavera
