Lead Retail Design Manager/Architect
Location: Dubai

Major New Build Retail Projects - Dubai

This Opportunity is for an experienced Lead Designer with extensive major retail experience to work for a leading international architecture practice based in their Dubai office. The role gives the opportunity to work on major and flagship retail projects across the region.

Role
The role will be to plan, coordinate and manage major projects and to be the key point of contact with the client for this international practice. The projects include major new build retail malls and mixed use developments with a large retail component. The role will involve managing a team and being responsible for numerous projects.

Requirements

Essential Requirements
• Degree Qualified with at least 10 years experience
• Ideally with a professional qualification
• Extensive Retail Design experience – of New Build shopping malls
• Excellent client facing skills
• Ability to multi task and work on multiple projects concurrently or multi-faceted major projects
• Excellent team leader and man manager
• Experience with Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong preference for previous Middle East experience
