The RoleThe RoleQatar Duty Free, a subsidiary of Qatar Airways, one of the world's fastest growing airlines with an expanding route network covering Middle East, Far East, Africa, Asia, Europe and USA, is providing high quality duty free operations at Doha International Airport. Is responsible for organizing & coordinating all cleaning and sanitation scheduling and activities with an efficient team of cleaning staff and provides a high standard of cleaning services. The scope of work includes the kitchen, back of house & satellite areas ensuring that all production & services areas remain free from contamination and bacteria at all times and in line with HACCP guidelines and all equipment, small wares, crockery & cutlery is washed within the stipulated time and as per the hygiene guideline adopted by the unit. Accountabilities. 1. To provide a clean, safe and hygienic environment at all times. 2. Day to day supervision of all cleaning activities. 3. To allocate cleaning task and responsibilities to cleaners. 4. Ensure un interrupted supply of clean and sanitized equipments in the kitchen. 5. Ensures 100% compliance to HACCP practices, identifying areas of non compliance. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification 1. High School qualification. 2. Minimum 5 years of job related experience or cleaning in charge in a hotel / catering unit. 3. Knowledge of HACCP systems, basic fire fighting procedures and basic first aid procedures |
