The RoleThe RoleMy client is leading engineering consultancy based in Kuwait. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a Lead Site Architect to join their team. The main responsibilities are: Lead Site Architect to be responsible for architecture and interiors construction works of a large and high-quality commercial and multi-use building project in Kuwait. You will be required to work a 6 days week as this position will be based on site He will lead a team of Architects and duties include coordination with Client and designers involving site inspection, review, approval of shop drawings and material submittals. Attend progress meetings with Client, Contractors and Site Supervision Staff to provide proper solutions and ensure quality control. Coordinate with specialist firms for specialist works, agree program and delivery schedules. |
RequirementsRequirementsDegree in Architecture Post Graduate in project/Construction Management will be an advantage About 10-15 years of experience in architecture and project manager Middle East experience is a must Excellent communication skills Have managed large commercial projects |
