The Role


The Role

Level Purpose:
Handles repair, overhaul, calibration, inspection and data collection, related to the most complex maintenance and repair jobs of Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation plant and equipment. Needs no supervision to handle routine jobs and only minimal supervision for non-routine repairs. Works independently with superior skills and competence on most jobs.

Key Performance Indicators:
- Implement all the conditions set out in the work permit.
- No Lost Time Incident (LTI)
- Re-work and equipment downtime is within specified standards.
- All HSE guidelines and regulations are complied with.
- Unsafe working procedures are identified and corrective action taken.
- Company standards of house keeping are maintained at all times.
- All Instruments function within allowable limits and standards.
- Data collected is analyzed timely and accurately.

Requirements


Requirements

Minimum Qualification:
Technical Training certificate or 3 year diploma in relevant branch of Engineering.

Minimum Experience:
At least 8 years experience of hands on maintenance in the relevant discipline of maintenance e.g. Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation etc. in any petrochemical or chemical process industry.

Skills:
Strong technical skills, ability to identify problems, excellent troubleshooting skills and highly skilled level of repair capability, ability to train technicians in trouble shooting and repair.
