The Role


The Leadership & Business Skills Business Development / Learning Consultant is responsible for supporting the sale and delivery of the Global Knowledge Leadership and Business Skills portfolio in the MEA Region to end customers and technology vendors.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., sales, HR, etc…) at identified technology vendors
• Support Global Knowledge Account Managers in closing sales by participating in meetings with qualified end customers to:
o Explain the Global Knowledge Value Proposition
o Describe Global Knowledge’s approach to learning
o Share information about the LBS portfolio
o Provide facilitation demonstrations to customers to assist in their decision-making process
• Deliver Global Knowledge customised and off-the-shelf training solutions to customers
• Partner with country/regional marketing and sales teams to identify and execute additional business development activities such as customer preview events, webinars to build awareness and credibility for the LBS portfolio
• Assist in the development of sales proposals and RFP responses for off-the-shelf LBS solutions
• Assist in the development of sales proposals and RFP responses for customised learning solutions (not required but would be an advantage)
• Maintain relationships to share best practices and sales successes with other EMEA LBS Business Development/Learning Consultants
• Share information about customer needs and trends with LBS Product Director (or delegate)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years facilitation experience
• Strong business understanding and commercial background
• 3-5 years of business experience in a Leadership role
• Degree or certificate in Learning and Development or Adult Education is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the technology industry is preferred
