Leadership Development Consultant - AF Training Centre - Al Futtaim Group - Dubai

The Al-Futtaim Training Centre was established 22 years ago to train and develop the Group's most valuable asset, its human resources.

The Centre works in partnership with the Group's businesses and also with Group Principals, Suppliers and External Customers. The Training Centre assists its partners with their Training Needs and Customised Programmes which are developed to meet these needs accordingly.

The Centre offers courses in Management, Personal Development, Sales and Marketing, Technical, Language, Communication and Information Technology. It also offers its premises to its customers for their own conferences, meetings and in-house product training sessions and many moreThe Al Futtaim Training Centre (part of the prestigious Al Futtaim Group), islooking for aLeadership Development consultant; whowill becharged with analysing, designing, executing and evaluation of leadership strategies & frameworks that support the Al-Futtaim Group Human Capital Vision, Mission and Values.

* Create and implement the short and long term strategy and individual strategies for each market that strongly supports the leadership & coaching performance targets.
* Alignment & Integration to all Group HCM projects (especially the Work Levels structures), AFG business plans and current frameworks & systems that support future leadership talent objectives.
* Evaluate & maintain leadership & technical competency models that facilitate assessment of these and yield gap analysis.
* Implement and program manage the leadership curriculum for Worl level 2 leaders - ensuring all businesses and functionality is utilised to the full.
* Ensure all current systems and infrastructure is effectively managed, quality assured, commercially relevant and reported.
* Support the long term Al-Futtaim leadership strategy through delivering of Executive learning & development and personalised individual development plans.
* Achievement of learning technology targets and benchmarks.
* Partner in the execution of Leadership Talent identification, career guidance and leadership benchmarking.
* Serve as a resource for the recruitment & selection of leadership roles and critical role analysis.
* Oversee the consistency of performance management processes that recognizes employees efforts on the achievements of business goals.
* Provide coaching & support to key leaders in the creation of robust development plans that meet succession and retention needs.
* Customise leadership solutions for nationalisation development.
* Liaise with divisional heads & group directors to ensure that the leadership strategies are aligned to and drive brand & local business objectives.
* Build relationships with key principal partners to optimise their support, access existing resources, share intellectual property to ensure effective implementation and cost efficient supply of leadership and coaching products and services.
* Lead Executive on-boarding & targeted orientation initiatives.
* Provided detailed reporting & feedback mechanisms.
* Consult with senior executives and managers within the group to resolve organisational issues through diagnosis, planned intervention and measured performance reporting.
* Supply of high level research data and academic support.
* Quality assure the leadership and management pathways, continuously improving the programs to build competitive advantage, innovation and global best practices into the structure.
* Coaching & consulting to line managers & L&OD practitioners across the AFG on leadership design, facilitation and coaching.
* Working with selected coaching providers to implement a coaching capability framework in the group.
* Prepare business cases, communication strategies and detailed project plans to gain committed buy in from all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (HRM, Education, Psychology or related discipline)
- Formal Coaching Accreditation
- Master's Degree preferred

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- 5 years' experience in leadership consultancy, instructional design and facilitation
- Strong relationship building & influencing abilities
- Project Management and presentation skills
- Depth of knowledge of leadership theory and practice
- Coached a broad range of senior executives
- Practiced with a broad range of learning technologies
