The Role


The Role


A large, diversified holding company is Kuwait is looking to hire a Leadership Development Specialist. The HR division is led by a Western senior management team who have developed a reputation for best practice in the region.

The role will report into the Leadership Development Manager who in turn reports to the Head of Talent Management.

You will manage the Development Programme for high potentials. These high potential employees are identified by the OD team, who you will work closely with, and could be mid to senior level employees identified by internal talent reviews or new joining MBAs from world class business schools.

The leadership specialist will also be required to coach the Executive Management team and help to psychologically profile high potential candidates.

Requirements


A Bachelor’s degree is essential and a Masters is preferred.

You should have an excellent command of English and strong presentation skills.

Your most recent role should be within Talent Management with a specific focus on developing high potential employees.

An accreditation within psychometric testing is strongly desired as you will be required to help profile the high potentials.

A background within OD would be advantageous.
