The RoleThe RoleA large, diversified holding company is Kuwait is looking to hire a Leadership Development Manager. This organisation has developed a reputation for promoting best practice and the HR team is led by a well established Western Director. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify key talent pools and promote and develop them from within. These talent pools will include high value senior managers and well qualified new joiners such as MBAs recruited form world class business schools. You will focus on developing a structured leadership programme and assume corporate-wide responsibility for coaching and mentoring best practice. The position will report to the Director of Talent Management. |
RequirementsRequirementsA Bachelor’s degree is essential and a Masters is preferred. You should have an excellent command of English and strong presentation skills. Candidates with experience designing, delivering or managing a Graduate Development Programme are desired. As are candidates with coaching/mentoring experience at a senior level. |
